One Year Detecting Anniversary!
02/21/16
Hunting the south jersey beaches was a little slow this summer as we hadn't had many storms that brought on good beach hunting due to beach erosion. My Excalibur II has great depth and finding small jewelry is a plus for this great machine.
Working near the sand dunes for 3 hours I found 6 silver coins 1927 to 1942, one gold cross and three silver rings. This has been a great month for me. My thanks to Minelab for building this rugged and waterproof detector, this month is my one year anniversary metal detecting and I understand I still have a lot to learn. My finds have already surpassed the cost of my Excalibur II. Thanks again.
