Holes, Holes Everywhere!

I thought I'd go out to a local construction site and try my luck when, arriving at the site, I noticed dig holes everywhere and I thought this place is cleaned out.
I started out digging a few pieces of modern cans, so I ventured to a spot near a bunch of piled up trees. I got a bullet signal and uncovered a 3 ring Minnie ball.
Just a few feet away, I got a brass signal and out popped a New York coat button. I also got a buck ball and camp lead. Just goes to show it's never hunted out!
