Bronze Age Axe

Socketed axe head dating from 1000-500 BC found on a club dig. I was detecting for about one hour just finding the usual rubbish that we all find. Then I got a deep signal dug down about 18 inches to find it... my best find so far this season.

I use a CTX 3030, since I have had it I have had 3 treasure finds. Two Saxon gold items and one Celtic.
