When I did not receive this gift card I notified the company via their phone number and on a second try I promptly received it. The customer helpers were very efficient and polite. I know the recipient of the gift card will be delighted. -

Q: When will the shipment be sent and when will it be received?
A: Gift cards are received via email. As far as orders, we ship same day if ordered before 5:00 PM ET and then it is dependent on where it is shipping to.
