Wedding Band Metal Detecting Recovery Find

By: J K.

Man's wedding band found this morning! I was looking for something to do today when I saw on a Facebook group that a man lost his wedding band at Causeway beach located in Ft Pierce. After another lady and I learned the item was lost in the water I decided to give it a try. Two hours later my detector gave off a promising beep and sure enough it was the ring just barely under the sand in knee deep water. The ring will be returned to the couple tonight. Found with my White's DFX. My DFX maybe held together with ducktape and has a loose connection inside but it still works and has been a good detector. Been detecting for 27 yrs and started at the age of 9 where my first find was a gold earring with emeralds found with my dads old White's Coin Master.
