MXT Works Well with Mineralization
By: Jessica m.
I thought I would send some pictures of the many finds I've discovered with my White’s MXT. I live along Gen. Lee's retreat route during the final days the Civil War. The ground can vary from sandy with no mineralization to very trashy areas and some places with severe mineralization. I've been detecting about four years now and found that the MXT works well in all these conditions. But the severe mineralization can get aggravating with any VLF detector. I have been so pleased with the MXT that I now have 2 of them, in case I have trouble with one, I won't have to worry about using someone else's spare of a different brand. [split] I have had such success with the MXT that I went from a Civil War relic box, to a cabinet, to a relic room in four years. I just ordered a new White’s TDI for the real bad ground that is around here. If I have as much success with the TDI as I have with the MXT, in four more years I'll need to build a relic museum.
