Ordered and received my order when they said it would. Office mgr and ALL support people were MORE than knowledgable. They are a WERE TRUE PROFFESSIONALS in all matters when it came to anything they sell. They explain the inner workings of all their gear in a helpful manner.
I would NOT hesitate to ORDER anything from them.

Q: What happens if I drop a magnet with 800lbs of pull onto, say, the hood of a sunken car? I don't think I can pull hard enough to retrieve the car or the magnet. Do I just cut the rope and forget it all?

    A:

There are some different techniques that you can use to get a magnet unstuck. You can stand on the bank and move side to side to try to slide the magnet. Some people use a wedge to get it unstuck, which is similar to a hoist that will release the magnet. In the worst case scenario, it would be stuck and you would have to cut the line.
