White's Ground Hawg ShovelI researched shovels for detecting, can you believe that LOL. Anyway I've used it for digs and recently I used it while building a wood ramp for my shed, and I had to find something to push and pry boards so they would be even. I'm a big guy and had to push hard on the shovel when screwing boards in. It's one tough shovel. No way it's going to break or bend. I just proved it. If I lost it, I'd be on the hunt for a new one.on July 4, 2021
White's Ground Hawg ShovelThis shovel is a beast. I’m not sure you could break it if you tried. Great for tree roots and rocky ground as well. I don’t think I could have found a better shovel regardless of price. I was impressed with the speed of shipping as well.on February 6, 2021
White's Ground Hawg ShovelI wanted a shovel to dig plugs for my targets without always having to bend over. This shovel is the ticket! Not so big that it's hard to carry, and tall enough to keep me from having to bend over on all my digs. Love it! Great price and fast shipping. Oh, and it works well in the flower beds, too.on November 23, 2020
White's Ground Hawg ShovelNice shovel but I hope people don't use these in areas like parks and well manicured lawns. Don't be lazy you can go down on one knee and dig with a handheld tool so you don't look like you're digging a big hole I understand that you can put the plug and the dirt back after digging with a shovel but it's the Optics that create the problem. That's one of the main reasons why people are kicked out of areas that yield good finds.on November 4, 2020
