  4. Sender receives receipt with 10-digit Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN)

  2. Under "Send Now" (lower right-hand corner) Sender scrolls down and selects Q/C option.
  3. If "Code City" is known, click on "continue"
  4. If not known, click on "Search"
  5. Sender completes biller and personal information and registration (skip if registered previously.)
  6. Sender receives final receipt (with Money Transfer Control Number) to print out.

To Verify whether a Quick Collect Payment has been made, try:

Payment Status Service:
- Call 1-800-238-5772, press 0, than either 1 or 2
- Enter Sender's MTCN or Sender's Phone Number listed on Quick Collect Form.
- Ender Client ID Number
- System will provide amount paid, date, time and account number.

Money Transfer Status :
- Go to Money Transfer Status
- Enter your Money Transfer Control Number, First and Last name
- Or Sign into Western Union with your username and password
