What size Searchcoil should I buy? |
The standard-diameter searchcoil accompanying your Titan metal detector will give you good results. This coil can be used for finding coins, rings, and jewelry. If you are going to hunt in very high trash areas, a 8.25" coil is recommended. However most treasure hunters want the extra depth and wider search pattern provided by a larger coil such as the 10" Optimum Searchcoil. No matter which coil you use, your new Titan with it's extra deep searching technology you will always get maximum depth and coverage out every coil. |

Mystery Treasure Found On Florida Beach!
The incoming tide was surprisingly
high with waves crashing very high on the beach leaving only a small amount of beach between the dunes and the ocean. After turning on his detector, Jamie started detecting close to the dunes, however, the storm had pushed tons of seaweed and other trash far up the beach where he was searching. Within
minutes the TITAN 3000 sounded off. After clearing seaweed, Jamie dug down approximately 6 inches.

Hi, Five minuets after powering the Titan 3000 XD I was finding wheat pennies in my front yard. I am enjoying coin shooting and have also found toys and an old pocket watch in the back yard. I'm finally getting the hang of the discriminating settings. I never knew I had so much copper buried in my yard. The people who lived here before me must have fed the kids in the yard as I've also found 17 s/s spoons. I'm having a blast with this thing. Thanks Tony. |
