Silver Dollar Cache Found with Minelab Explorer.
I started to dig under the block and that's when I hit something. After removing some more dirt, I saw what I thought was a round piece of concrete. I removed more dirt and saw it was round alright but some sort of jar. I pulled on it and out came this crock. It has some kind of a spicket on it made out of metal. The crock had a sealed brown glass jar in it and as I nervously removed the jar I could see.

Explorer 2 With EXcelerator 4.5"x7" Coil Finds 1857 Half Dime!
I was armed with my Explorer 2 equipped with the excelerator 4.5"x7" coil. This little coil has proven to be a favorite of mine already. The ground at this park is extremely mineralized and has a lot of iron pieces mixed in the soil. It sits next to two sets of railroad tracks and used to have a train station which sat right in the middle of the park. I switched to iron mask -15 and could now see and hear that there were iron tones mixed with this high tone.
