Nathan has been my trusted advisorFrank,

I just wanted to drop a note to you commending Nathan for a fine job that reflects honor on him and Kellyco. He has been my trusted advisor since I purchased my first serious detector - a White's MXT - in December of 2007. Since then, he has taken numerous orders directly from my emails and phone calls with the professional courtesy one would expect from a world-class company. When I realized I had an issue with a particular coil, Nathan not only replaced the product once, but sought approval for a an upgrade to a more recent product at no additional charge. This, I can tell you, made me a customer for life with Kellyco. I hope the exemplary values that Nathan exhibits are also Kellyco's core values and continues long after Nathan has moved on (assuming he's not the president of Kellyco some day.)

Furthermore, Nathan is also active on the Friendly Metal Detecting Forums and is highly regarded. He always stays neutral and honest, which goes a long way in a public forum. The fact that he uses the handle "KellycoNate" speaks volumes about his dedication to his employer, but is very humble about it. As an outsider I can tell he loves his job. It can only help to warm people up to what Kellyco stands for.
