Customer Service was Great!I just wanted to let you all know about my experience with Kellyco and the new AT PRO. The customer service was great as well as the deal they have.
I got the AT PRO and All the extra goodies for the advertised price. Also bought a coil cover. And they have free freight right now. I received the package yesterday, Wednesday June 29 at 2:30 pm. It was ordered on Monday afternoon, June 27th at about 2:00 pm. I think that was fast. I got home from work yesterday afternoon and had some chores to do but I could not resist opening the package. After I found the operators manual I assembled the unit with my brother. I was very excited with the look and light weight of the AT PRO. The old antique machines I have really put you through a work out over several hours.
Later that day I had finished some chores and had some free time. I had already been watching some of Garrets training videos on the use of the At Pro, So I figured I had a general Idea of the controls. I know I need to read the manual. I just could not resist. I got the new machine and a small scoop and headed out in the yard. I walked over to in front of a old mobile home I rent. Then I set up the controls to best suit my property in standard mode.
After ground balancing, I had to turn down the sensitivity a few notches. Then set iron disc to 36. Right away after I started the search around the side walk, I got a good high tone signal as shown on the training video. And the depth was 4". So I took the scoop and popped out the very first Penny with the new machine. Then within a short time I found 3 more before calling it quits. I had to leave soon or I would of kept hunting. Total time setting up the unit, hunting and digging up the 4 targets was about 20 minutes. I know the finds were not Gold but at least they were not trash, and I've had enough Trash digging over the last month using the old machines. Excellent Service My BeachHunter ID 300 and sand scoop etc. arrived today and I would once again like to commend Kelly Co for the excellent service and also UPS for getting the 2 packages to me in a timely manner and for their New Zealand agents for keeping me well informed and getting NZ Customs Dept clearance, everything about this purchase was excellent .
