Kellyco needs to provide a better level of service.

On a previous order, I had a shipping error and I was very uneasy about the transaction over the phone while using some gift cards. I was not told in the beginning that there was a backorder when I spoke with Pat. She sent me a sales order but didn't give me a backorder lead time. The last time I called Pat she told me I would receive an email with the tracking info. It was not provided until I emailed a reminder to her. Then she simply linked my tracking # info in a response. I am not looking for any compensation just genuine concern and respect. Please let me know if you are able to provide a better level of service and more feedback.

Our sincere apologies. This is not the way Kellyco customer service operates. Your survey response was a wake-up call for us. We take every complaint seriously and have put new procedures in place to prevent this lack of correct response to problems such as you described.

I am at loss of words to describe how happy I am with the outcome of the problems I encountered with my machine. Kellyco has proven to me that they are a company who really cares about their customers. The resolution is far beyond what I expected. You can rest assured that I will buy again from Kellyco.

I belong to one of the largest prospector clubs in Southern California and I intend to make sure the members know how well Kellyco treated me.

Not only does KellyCo perform promptly and professionally during the routine course of processing an order, but what truly makes you all stand out from the rest of the crowd is when something does not go according to what is "routine" you all fix the problem without your customer (me) bearing the full brunt. Thanks KellycoThe delivery was delayed by UPS, the bar code wouldn't scan properly. This was not KellyCo's fault. The UPS tracking number only showed billing info was received. Also, I never did received any email's with tracking info, despite two phone calls to verify my email address. My thanks to George for calling UPS, my apologies to George for my impatience as I had vacation time planned to go prospecting. Thank You KellyCo.
