On a previous order, I had a shipping error and I was very uneasy about the transaction over the phone while using some gift cards. I was not told in the beginning that there was a backorder when I spoke with Pat. She sent me a sales order but didn't give me a backorder lead time. The last time I called Pat she told me I would receive an email with the tracking info. It was not provided until I emailed a reminder to her. Then she simply linked my tracking # info in a response. I am not looking for any compensation just genuine concern and respect. Please let me know if you are able to provide a better level of service and more feedback.

I am at loss of words to describe how happy I am with the outcome of the problems I encountered with my machine. Kellyco has proven to me that they are a company who really cares about their customers. The resolution is far beyond what I expected. You can rest assured that I will buy again from Kellyco.
