I placed my order March 2nd, and even though the package was backordered, received it within 10 days. Very impressive. My congratulations to Kellyco and the staff. I have a feeling that they are the kind of people that takes care of business. The website is loaded with information.
The Garrett ACE 250 was easy to assemble. I am 6'2" but the easily adjustable shaft fits me perfectly. The included manual is clearly understood and simple. I am surprised with the weight being much lighter than I had assumed. Clearly, the folks at Garrett are thinking of their customers.I have just retired and am looking forward to enjoying my new toy!
I talked to JW yesterday 2/24, and this morning 2/25 and was supposed to receive a return receipt for a metal detector I just bought. It's having some major issues with it (bad 12.5” coil and no bell tones and losing the tone on it while detecting). I'm not sure JW got my correct email address because I have not received the receipt yet so I'm sending an email to ensure you have my correct email address.
I need the receipt so I can get it mailed off to you today. JW said a replacement metal detector would not be shipped until you receive confirmation that I mailed the old defective one.
I'm heading out of country to detect at the beginning of next week and need to ensure I get the replacement before I leave. My apologies for being a pain, but would like to get this taken care of before I leave the country. I have included all my information from my order in case you need it.Thanks You,

There's nothing to worry about because we will make sure you get what you ordered. I'm just waiting to hear back from UPS concerning the tracer. I will try to find out more information later this afternoon. Let me know if there is anything else that I can do for you.
BTW the UPS guy was here about 11:30 am, he asked a couple questions, had me sign a paper and left. Thanks again for having this mess checked out. I was worried from the get go you would have told me you would do these things and then let me hang, but you proved me wrong and it makes me realize that all companies and their representatives aren't idiots and actually have good honest people like yourself running operations.
