Thank you for going above and beyondI really must express my disappointment that my detector arrived damaged. I got an RMA # very quickly and both people I spoke to were very nice. Loose extra items were allowed to freely bang around underneath the main detector components. This was likely the why the "Mode" toggle broke off. Anyhow, this delay has ruined my plan to take the detector on an upcoming vacation next week which is a very big disappointment.

A Thank You Letter to KellycoDear Doris, Just a note to advise you that my new White's 300 Beach Hunter metal detector and the new MPx were both delivered to my house yesterday and I have been busy assembling them.

I have enclosed a picture of yours truly taken in the Dominican Republic on one of Norma and my holidays. Thought it would be interesting for you to see the person who caused so much trouble for you.

I want to thank you for your patience in handling my difficult situation with my other detector. You always got back to me with an update on the ongoing saga and this was really appreciated.
