First Purchase from KellycoThis was my first purchase from Kellyco, and to be honest I can't imagine how you could improve! What a Pleasure it Has BeenI just wanted to say, I have never purchased anything online before so I made a mistake on my banking information which delayed my order (my goof). But when I called your number, I was assisted by a couple of men who helped me to find the problem. I don't have their names but they were so awesome. The last man even called me back (instead of an e-mail) just to let me know everything was resolved, and he shipped out my stuff on Monday December 1st (I called November 30th) and I received it on December 4th. Also, because of the delay (again, my fault), the item I had purchased was sold out. But that didn't stop my salesman, he found all the things in that package and made me one, above and beyond!! That call he took the time to make meant a lot to me, all the trouble he went to, to get me what I had wanted. I sure do appreciate. My husband never asks for anything, a very hard person to surprise or buy for. So when I saw he had jotted down the metal detector with your name and the $500 sign, I looked you up and found exactly what he had wanted. PS. I was glad to see Kellyco was contacted for advice and help on the Oak Island search. It was not a surprise to me that they contacted the "best" for help. I also remember reading the 1965 article about the "Money Pit" and like the brothers; it stirred my interest back then. Would you buy from Kellyco again? Yes! My most recent purchase was 2 Tesoro Compadre's. One for myself and one for my son in law. I bought them a week apart and Brad was my sales associate for both. Great guy.
