Expert Customer Service!Thank you JW for your time and expert advice. This is my first detector so I relied on your opinion about my purchase. I was going to buy a less expensive model and you advised a scratch and dent model which was inspected and found to have no damage. You were RIGHT ON not a mark on it. THANK YOU so much! It did the job that I purchased it for in 5 minutes. I tracked underground water pipes 2 feet deep and electric line 10 inches deep. A job a private contractor wanted $150 dollars to do so for $50 extra I have my own. I still didn't know anything about metal detectors but I showed it to a couple of my friends that have owned different machines and they were impressed with range and ease and weight and the PRICE. Once again, THANK YOU for your time and concern. I feel you are an asset to your company and your clients.

Excellent business transaction!!!The business end was easy and quick. There was one small glitch with a battery charger that I ordered with my X-Terra 705. The description on the site said that it came with a car charger. I did not receive one. Kellyco sent out a 2nd charger with the car adapter at no charge. What more could one ask for. Excellent business transaction!!!

Kellyco Solved ProblemI originally placed an order for an Ace 250 on 1-16-12. After no arrival, I called on 1-25-12. They had no record of shipment or tracking number. They overnighted the order and I received it this morning, 1-26-12. Thank You Kellyco. I'm happy now!
