Excellent business transaction!!!The business end was easy and quick. There was one small glitch with a battery charger that I ordered with my X-Terra 705. The description on the site said that it came with a car charger. I did not receive one. Kellyco sent out a 2nd charger with the car adapter at no charge. What more could one ask for. Excellent business transaction!!!

Kellyco Solved ProblemI originally placed an order for an Ace 250 on 1-16-12. After no arrival, I called on 1-25-12. They had no record of shipment or tracking number. They overnighted the order and I received it this morning, 1-26-12. Thank You Kellyco. I'm happy now!

I'm 70 and ready to treasure hunt!!!Back in the mid 1970's a friend of mine was using a detector on an old railroad bed. We found large horse shoes. Since that summer I always wanted to have one but there was always something that the family needed more. I'm 70 now and it's about time to do my own treasure hunting.

Problems Solved. Great Service Recovery.I ordered my metal detector and supplies for a relic hunting vacation. It took more than 3 attempts to get the shipment and it arrived after my vacation. However, your staff did a remarkable job keeping me informed and sticking with the situation until it was resolved.
