Homemade Cooler Detector Case

It's snowing today here in Niantic, CT so my son TJ and I decided to clean and organize our Minelab Explorer XS and it's accessories.  We thought some Kellyco customers may be interested in the case we made so I'm enclosing some pictures.  We used a cooler so I could keep the detector in the car all of the time.

The cooler helps keep the temperature of the detector more stable.  Everything used on this project can be purchased at the local home improvment store.  It was built using solid vinyl and stainless steel screws.  Here is what's in the cooler: Minelab Explorer XS control box, three coils attached to the lower shafts (10", 8" and 5"), Automax V2 Presicion Pinpointer, upper shaft, two pairs of headphones, car battery charger, rechargable battery, 12 volt battery pack, 3 digging trowels, sand scoop, digging knife, plastic sheet for park hunting, knee pads, 2 treasure pouches, sunglasses, water shoes, 2 bottles of drinking water, bug spray, quart of water in spray bottle to wash sand off detector, dusting brush, flashlight, first aid kit, son of a gun protector, handy wipes to wash hands, plastic caps for Minelab connectors, spare batteries, Tylenol, deoderant and toilet paper for emergencies.  Now all we need is better weather.  Happy hunter, Ted and TJ.
